Dear Sir or Madam:
Leticia was the care provider for my dear deceased mother, Ida.  She took on the care for my mother as if she was her own family member.  She worked tirelessly to provide my mother with every need she required; with a high level of care, whether it was taking her to doctor’s appointments, the pharmacy or the grocery store.

Letty went above and beyond the role of caregiver for my mother by cooking, cleaning, paying my mother’s bills and even bringing her favorite foods when she was hospitalized.  Words cannot describe the compassion and faithfulness that she provided for Ida and my family.  She showed nothing but honorable love, compassion and that she is a trust worthy individual.  She was always polite and courteous, keeping a positive attitude and cheerful personality during a very trying time for all involved.

After my mother passed and I wanted to give her something special for all her work and care of my Mother, the only thing she asked for was a picture of my Mother.

Letty will always be remembered by my family as a woman that puts all into everything she does.  I know that she will give the same excellent, loving care to others that she did to my mother.

Thank you so much for the wonderful and compassionate care that you gave my mother during your time together. Words alone cannot describe the love and caring that you gave my mom. You were the highlight for my mom on so many days when I or my family wasn’t able to visit her. You took care for my mother as if she were your own mother.

She always talked about what a wonderful person you are and how well you took care of her, going above and beyond what would normally be considered excellent care.

You always went the extra mile to provide my mother with everything she needed. From cooking her meals for her (my mom was always going on about the excellent food you prepared for her!), helping her with the house cleaning, helping her pay her bills, taking her to doctor’s appointments. Thank you for getting her out of the house by taking her to the market or for a walk in the park for her exercise. You even came to visit and check on her when she was hospitalized!!

You cannot imagine a kinder and more patient group of caretakers. I am a Doctor and I have observed many caretakers in my career and I cannot speak highly enough about the care that they are providing for my mother who lives in Baja. I am grateful that they are here for us.
Elisa spends the days with my mother and she is wonderful .
Letty is incredible. She actually drove my Mother to the ER in San Diego,
And spent the entire day with us there…more than 9 hours all told. Through it all, Letty was positive, supportive and unfailingly patient.

Manos Amorosas llego a nuestras vidas en el momento mas critico de nuestra familia, mi mama necesitaba de muchos cuidados y en esos momentos estaban abriendo sus puertas la casa que tienen para cuidar a personas mayores, ha sido realmente una bendición, han cuidado a mi mama con tanto amor y con tanto profesionalismo que han logrado que ella se sienta mejor cada día y hemos pasado de una situación terminal a una mejoría medica increíble, estamos muy contentos de haber tomado la decisión de que Manos Amorosas fuera el hogar para mi mama, la palabra GRACIAS no es suficiente para expresar mi agradecimiento, ustedes son unas personas increíbles!!!

Hola soy Marina Granado, quiero comentarles mi experiencia en la búsqueda de un lugar que abarcará las necesidades de salud y atención a mi hermano que estaba delicado de salud y la impotencia de no encontrar lo que se requería para sus cuidados.
Dios me iluminó y puso en mi camino a Casa Manos Amorosas. Pedí una cita y Cuál sería mi sorpresa? Alegría y Paz de conocer esa casita llena de amor al cuidado de sus enfermos. Su Directora Lety (un ser humano lleno de luz) Me atendió linda. Dándome todos los detalles y forma de trabajar del centro. Para ser más breve, mi hermano entro a Casa Manos Amorosas. El poco tiempo que estuvo ahí fue de calidad. Me lo atendieron al 100. Fueron lindas todas las enfermeras en turno.
No me resta mas que agradecerles infinitamente todo lo que le dieron a mi hermano.
Lety, Esthelita, el Psicólogo, todas las enfermeras. Que sigan con esa hermosa entrega para sus pacientes y que Dios las bendiga. No les puedo poner estrella por que ustedes merecen eso y más. Gracias, gracias por darle paz en su última morada.

Aprovecho este espacio para agradecer a Lety fundadora de manos amorosas y todo su equipo. Por haber llegado a nosotros en un momento donde mi tío necesitaba cuidados profesionales. Y en ellos encontramos además, una entrega y amor hacia el. Que después de recorrer varios lugares y sentir el corazón roto porque en ninguno encontrábamos esa mezcla que busca uno como familiar que ama a sus seres queridos.
Fueron definitivamente una luz en nuestro camino que acompañó con amor a mi tío a culminar su tiempo en este mundo como el merecía rodeado de calidad de vida y amor teniendo cerca a sus seres queridos.
Gracias por todo de corazón !! Siempre contarán con nuestro cariño y agradecimiento ❤️

Casa Manos Amorosas ha sido increíblemente un servicio excelente y de primera calidad para mi familiar. La atención, detalles y calidad del servicio de todo su personal es de lo mejor. My Father is at Manos Amorosas. I am very happy that I chose this facility for my father that has Dementia. The staff at Manos Amorosas Are very professional and compassionate towards their patients. My father is very happy there. He tell’s me every time I go to visit him. That the food is delicious. And that he is treated very well. Also the facility is extremely clean. The room’s are very nice. The Garden area is beautiful. I highly recommend this facility. If some is looking to place their love one in an assisted living facility. My father looks at peace and happy now.🙏❤️
